Start your visit with one of our 30 minute infrared sauna from 55-60º targeting weighloss, Pain management, muscle recovery or anti aging programs. This will heat you up for the core of your body and a much more comfortable heat than a regular sauna using. Our infrared panels of near/mid/far ranges

Once you finish this treatment you jump straight into our sate of art cryo chamber for 2 minutes at -110º
Our chamber is fully sealed and cooled down by nitrogen gas, once the air has been cooled to -110º this fresh air is pumped into the chamber for a full body cryo experience like no other
